Understanding the impact of the financial support evaluation toolkit

Higher education providers were asked to evaluate the financial support evaluation toolkit and to share their findings in the 2016-17 and 2017-18 access agreement monitoring returns.

This report gives an overview of findings from this data and makes some suggestions for next steps to grow the use of the tool and improve our understanding of the effectiveness of financial support in higher education.
