Annex A: Application requirements notice

This notice sets out all the information you must submit with your initial application and throughout the registration process.

From 2 December 2025, further education colleges applying for registration do not have to submit evidence relating to conditions of registration that we are proposing to disapply. Please see information on registering with the OfS as a further education college for further details.

A bespoke version of Annex A: Application requirements notice will be published shortly for further education colleges.
